Eccentric Exercise with Theraband Flex bar
In this video I walk you step by step to perform the eccentric exercise using the TheraBand Flexbar. It is important to look at it closely and it may seem easy and/or awkward initially.
For this to be effective you need to do 3 sets of 10-15 reps at least 2-3 times a day.
It might also seem counter intuitive as you will be thinking why you are really twisting with the non-affected arm. Remember that eccentric exercise happens when the muscle contraction is happening simultaneously with it lengthening.
